Quantum Mortgages has launched a new Business Development Academy aimed at developing internal talent and supporting staff progression into sales roles.
The initiative, created by Harsha Dahyea, chief commercial officer at Quantum Mortgages, is designed to help employees in broker support roles transition into business development positions, with a focus on building the next generation of specialist business development managers (BDMs).
As part of the launch, Sara Mietusiewicz (pictured, left) and Ebz Darko (pictured, right) have been promoted to hybrid business development executives.
They will operate across multiple postcodes in England and Northern Ireland, combining regional coverage with a flexible, cross-territory approach.
Dahyea said: “We have some of the best mortgage talent at Quantum. We’re always looking for driven people who are looking to scale in their careers with us.
“The Business Development Academy gives aspiring salespeople the chance to learn from our top-performing national account managers, business development managers, and me.
