Gatehouse Bank has introduced limited edition Home Purchase Plan and buy-to-let products for UK residents while reducing selected buy-to-let rates for expats and international customers.
Gatehouse Bank has launched a range of limited edition 2-year and 5-year Home Purchase Plan (HPP) and buy-to-let products for new UK resident customers, alongside rate reductions on selected 2-year buy-to-let products for UK expats and international residents.
The new rental rates apply across all finance-to-value bands on both standard and green home finance products. For new UK resident customers, Home Purchase Plan rates have been reduced by up to 0.66%, with products now starting from 5.58% for a 2-year fixed term and 5.53% for a 5-year fixed term. Buy-to-let products now start from 3.63% for a 2-year fixed term and 4.79% for a 5-year fixed term.
The Bank has also reduced selected 2-year fixed rate buy-to-let products for UK expats and international residents by up to 0.14%. Its green home finance range offers lower rental rates for properties with an EPC rating of A or B and includes a commitment to offset the carbon emissions generated by the average UK property during the initial fixed term.
