Brokers can now research and compare GB Bank’s specialist lending products and criteria, helping them assess cases more quickly.
GB Bank has been added to Mortgage Brain’s Sourcing Brain and Criteria Brain, giving brokers faster access to its buy-to-let (BTL) products through the technology provider’s product sourcing platform and its buy-to-let and bridging criteria.

GB Bank’s specialist lending range includes buy-to-let and bridging finance, with solutions available across residential, and semi-commercial property investments.
Sourcing Brain and Criteria Brain enable mortgage brokers to work faster, simplify product searches, and deliver a seamless experience for their clients.
Both modules include twice-daily product updates, giving brokers access to up-to-date rate and criteria.
