Leumi UK has provided a loan to Investec REALIS to support the acquisition and refurbishment of 2 College Square, a 53,000 sq ft multi-let office building in Bristol.
XLB will handle asset and development management.
The office sits in Bristol’s central business district and offers modern office space with flexible layouts.
REALIS and XLB are set to refurbish the property, upgrading the office suites, adding a roof terrace, improving common areas, and upgrading end-of-trip facilities.
The plan is for the building to reach a Grade A standard and meet strong ESG requirements.
