Our editorial team conducted benchmarks of old video cards. in the PC version of the action game PRAGMATA from Capcom. Benchmark results at 1080p showed the advantage of AMD graphics accelerators over their competitors’ solutions. The developers adapted their project to previous generations of the red camp’s architecture, which resulted in a noticeable frame rate advantage.

The Radeon RX 5700 XT led the previous-generation performance, achieving an average frame rate of 67 frames per second. Meanwhile, the former flagship GeForce GTX 1080 Ti managed only 52 frames per second. The base RX 5700 also outperformed its top-end NVIDIA competitor, achieving a stable 60 frames per second with minimal drops to 50 frames per second.
This balance of power is due to the engine’s specific optimization for older chips. Owners of popular graphics cards from previous series find themselves at a disadvantage. For example, the popular GTX 1060 averages 24 frames per second, while its direct competitor, the RX 580, delivers 36 frames per second, making gameplay only possible with FSR technology.
