CORINTH, N.Y. (WRGB) — A Saratoga County man is accused of using a debit card without permission.
The Sheriff’s Office says Herbert Shippee, 35, of Hadley spent $1,527.25 of the victim’s money.

Investigators were called to a home on Palmer Avenue in Corinth late Sunday afternoon for what they call an “inactive domestic incident.”
Shippee is also accused of alarming the victim and sending vague threats.
He was arraigned in Corinth Town Court for grand larceny and harassment, and released to pretrial services.
