South East accountancy, tax and advisory firm HaysMac has acquired a corporate finance advisory practice as it marks 25 years in business.
Joining the firm is Green Square, which brings more than 20 years’ experience advising on transactions across a range of ownership structures – including founder-led and investor-backed businesses.
Green Square is known for its work in the marketing, media and technology sectors, but its expertise spans a variety of cross jurisdiction transactions and commercial environments.
In joining HaysMac, the firm will provide clients with a single, joined-up advisory service, from early preparation and strategic planning through to transaction execution and post-deal outcomes.
