A managed IT provider based in Whiteley, Hampshire has been snapped up by a counterpart in West Sussex following a deal advised by Knight Corporate Finance.
The move sees Tailor Made Technologies join forces with Global 4 as the latter expands its offering to mid-market and enterprise customers across the UK.
Knight Corporate Finance led the process from initial strategy through to completion – shaping a sell-side strategy, identifying and engaging a pool of acquirers, and managing negotiations and workstreams.
The transaction was led by director Chris Collins, associate director Katie Horsfield, and managing director Paul Billingham.
Darren Scott-Healey, chief executive of Tailor Made Technologies, said: “We really valued the support and guidance throughout what was a complex transaction.
“The team did an excellent job identifying and engaging with the right buyer and managed the entire process in a calm, organised and highly professional way.
“With multiple stakeholders involved, there were a lot of moving parts, but they kept everything on track, coordinated the different workstreams and ensured communication between parties was clear and constructive.
“Their hands-on approach and ability to keep momentum throughout the process played a key role in getting the deal successfully completed.”
