Watson joins Remax Canada in Eastern Canada leadership role
Lindsey Watson has joined Remax Canada as director of global services for Eastern Canada.
According to a social media post by president Don Kottick, Watson will work with franchisees and agents across Eastern Canada to support training, strengthen recruitment and drive growth.
Watson joins Remax Canada from Sotheby’s International Realty Canada, where she served as national manager for brokerage services and FINTRAC compliance officer. Kottick said she brings extensive experience in brokerage operations and support with real estate franchise brands.
“We’re excited to have her on board,” Kottick wrote, adding that Watson’s focus on building relationships and commitment to excellence align with Remax Canada’s values.
Morrison named broker of record at Right at Home Realty
Sean Morrison has been named broker of record at Right at Home Realty after joining the brokerage as managing broker last October.
Morrison brings more than 20 years of real estate industry experience to the role, including serving as president of the Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA) from 2020 to 2021.
Before joining Right at Home Realty, Morrison was real estate broker and western division manager at Coldwell Banker Momentum Realty.
Right at Home Realty has nine branches and nearly 6,000 agents across Ontario and describes itself as Canada’s largest independent real estate brokerage.
Bassal joins Savills in Montreal
David Bassal has joined Savills as senior vice-president in the firm’s Montreal office, strengthening its industrial real estate practice in Quebec.
According to a press release, Bassal will report to Savills Canada president Ruth Fischer and join the firm’s industrial brokerage team in Montreal. Savills said his experience and industry relationships will support occupiers and property owners across the region.
Bassal joins Savills as the commercial real estate firm continues to expand its presence in Quebec.

Century 21 Millennium expands into Grey Bruce
Century 21 Millennium Inc. has expanded into Ontario’s Grey Bruce region, adding five office locations as it continues to grow its presence across the province.
According to a social media post by the brokerage, the expansion includes offices in Kincardine, Owen Sound, Wiarton, Markdale and Southampton. The brokerage said the move builds on its 30-year history serving the Greater Toronto Area, Peel, Dufferin and Simcoe regions.
Century 21 Millennium said the expansion will allow it to better serve clients and communities across Grey Bruce while strengthening its regional network.
CV Real Estate expands into Collingwood with local Realtor
CV Real Estate, Brokerage has expanded into the Collingwood market with the addition of local Realtor Eva Landreth.
The move builds on the brokerage’s presence in the Greater Toronto Area and Ontario’s recreational property markets, according to a press release announcing the expansion.
“Collingwood is a natural extension of that vision,” the brokerage said, describing the region as one of Ontario’s “most desirable destinations” for both full-time residents and second-home owners. It said Landreth’s local market knowledge, community connections and client-first approach will help lead its growth in the area.
CV Real Estate said the expansion reflects its strategy of serving buyers across urban, waterfront and four-season recreational markets.

Central Lakes Realtors award three $600 education bursaries
The Central Lakes Association of Realtors has awarded three education bursaries to students pursuing post-secondary studies in Ontario.
The association annually awards up to three $600 bursaries to eligible children and dependants of CLAR members through a random draw from qualifying applications.
This year’s recipients are Lauren McCrea, who is studying business administration and teacher education at Trent University; Arden Reader, who is pursuing a bachelor of accounting at Carleton University; and Tyler O’Donohue, who is enrolled in the honours science program in biology at Trent University.
“We are proud to support these students as they continue their educational journeys,” CLAR CEO Wendy Giroux said in a release. She said the bursaries recognize member families while encouraging students to pursue their educational goals.
Chatham-Kent Realtors award scholarships to three students
The Chatham-Kent Association of Realtors has awarded scholarships to three graduating students related to association members as they prepare to pursue post-secondary education.
The 2026 recipients are Evan Callow, related to members Sarah Warrener and Carson Warrener; Lauren Lacina, related to member Katherine Rankin; and Natalie Tulp, related to members Garnet Tulp and Sydney Lewis.
The association said each recipient demonstrated strong academic achievement along with leadership and volunteer contributions in their schools and communities.
“Supporting students as they pursue their educational goals is one of the many ways Realtors invest in the future of our community,” CKAR president Carrie Patrick said in a release.
The scholarship program is open to children, stepchildren, grandchildren, nieces,
nephews and legal wards of CKAR members accepted to accredited post-secondary institutions.
