Liam James Pritchard, of Council Street, Ebbw Vale, was 20 years old.
The inquest took place at Gwent Coroner’s Service in Newport.
Mr Pritchard died on June 29, 2025, outside a cottage on Tredegar Road, and took his own life.
Assistant coroner Frazer Stuart concluded that Mr Pritchard died by suicide.
The inquest was formally opened on July 8, following an investigation that began a week earlier.
Mr Pritchard was born in Abergavenny on August 5, 2004.
