STAFFORD COUNTY, Va. (7News) — Three New York men are facing multiple charges after deputies investigated a possible bank fraud attempt in Stafford County, Virginia, involving fake IDs and stolen credit cards. According to the Stafford County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO), deputies were alerted around 3:12 p.m. on June 25 to a potential fraud attempt at the Bank of America in Stafford Marketplace. When deputies made contact, three people were detained.
