Coventry for intermediaries has announced that it has reduced fixed-rate mortgage deals across its entire range, with cuts of up to 20bps applying to products for both new and existing customers.
For landlords using a limited company structure, the lender is offering a 5.10% five-year fixed rate, available until 31 December 2031 at 75% LTV with a £1,999 fee. The product is restricted to remortgages on properties with an EPC rating of A to C, reflecting the growing product focus on energy-efficient stock within the buy-to-let mortgage rates market.
On the residential side, a 5.17% two-year fixed rate is available to first-time buyers at 90% LTV with no product fee and £500 cashback, running to 31 December 2028.
“We’re pleased to be reducing rates across our fixed rate range, giving brokers more competitive options to support a wide range of clients, from first-time buyers to limited company landlords,” said Ben Williams, corporate account manager at Coventry Building Society. “These latest changes reflect our ongoing commitment to helping brokers find the right solutions for their customers in a changing market.”
