Specialist lender Foundation has added two new limited edition two-year fixed rate products to its buy-to-let range, available at 75% LTV.
The products are available within Foundation’s F1 range for landlord borrowers with an almost clean credit history, with a standard rate at 4.44% and a green option available at 4.34%, for properties already with an EPC of A-C.
Both products come with a 4% fee, a free standard valuation and no application fee.
“Recent market conditions have created an opportunity for us to bring two highly competitive limited edition products to market, which we believe will be particularly attractive for brokers seeking strong value for their landlord clients,” Grant Hendry, director of sales at Foundation, said.
