Specialist property finance lender Lendhub has doubled its origination team to seven people following four appointments made over the past four months, as it looks to support growing broker demand for real-time decisioning across its lending products.
The new hires include Naz Buckler, who will focus on buy-to-let lending and broker relationships, bringing more than 10 years of commercial banking experience.
Will Atherton joined in February 2026 from a background in real estate consultancy and is an MRICS chartered surveyor.
Ruby Power has joined from a financial services background that included supporting SME business owners and high-net-worth clients in New Zealand, while Nicolas Tofallis joined in May with experience across bridging, refurbishment and development finance, as well as structured transactions.
The appointments expand Lendhub’s origination team, alongside relationship managers Dan Margolis and Jack Bruce, and relationship associate Jack Hoad.
The lender has also appointed Theresa Bailey as senior strategic partnerships manager, where she will focus on growing Lendhub’s Strategic Partner Programme and broker relationships.
Lendhub said the enlarged team will support its full product range, including structured finance transactions of up to £50m.
The expansion coincides with the launch of the lender’s Quick Calculator tool, which provides brokers with instant indicative pricing across bridging, refurbishment, development and structured finance products.
Lendhub offers bridging facilities from £100,000 to £10m for residential, commercial, auction and development exit transactions, with terms of up to 24 months and up to 75% LTV.
Its refurbishment finance proposition ranges from £100,000 to £7.5m across light, medium, heavy and finish-and-exit projects, with up to 100% of works funded and up to 75% day-one net LTV.
Development finance is available up to £7.5m for residential-led schemes at up to 90% LTC and 70% LTGDV.
Max Herman, director of commercial and technology at Lendhub, said: “Specialist brokers want senior originators who can structure on the call, not pass the parcel.
“Doubling the team in four months, with the calibre of hires we’ve brought in, is how we deliver that as pipeline demand continues to grow.”
