Chandler Garvey, a leading commercial property firm, has announced the appointment of Joanna Kearvell as Managing Director, having stepped up from her previous role as Head of Agency.
Michael Garvey will remain actively involved in the business as owner and Executive Director, continuing to work with existing clients, while also developing Garvey Consulting, a new division of the company.
Michael says: “Joanna has been central to the firm’s development and her contribution has been instrumental in everything we have achieved. Becoming Managing Director is a well-deserved milestone in what has been a long and distinguished career with the business.
“She has been involved in all our major projects, has built an exceptional profile within the industry, and is held in the highest regard by our clients.”
Joanna has been a Director at Chandler Garvey for two years and on the Senior Management Team for six. She officially became Managing Director of the business which focuses on Buckinghamshire and the surrounding counties on the 1st May 2026.
She says: “When I began my career with the firm, reaching this position felt a long way off, and I’m truly honoured to have been appointed Managing Director. There are significant opportunities ahead, both within the industry and across the business to drive operational efficiencies and deliver continued growth. We will continue to adapt the business to ensure we maintain the highest standards of client service.”
